Eventskop Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Eventskop. By creating an account or using the service, users agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Eventskop provides event discovery, maps, saved events, account features, event creation tools and optional notifications. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Accounts
- Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Users are responsible for activity under their account.
- Eventskop may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam, scraping attacks, impersonation or illegal content.
3. User-Created Events
Users who create events must have the right to publish the information and images they submit. Eventskop may moderate, reject, edit, unpublish or remove events that are inaccurate, abusive, unlawful, misleading, duplicate, infringing or low-quality.
4. Imported Event Sources
Eventskop may import public event data from websites, ticketing services and social/event platforms. Imported data is provided for discovery and may contain errors, outdated details or third-party content. Users should verify important details with the original organizer or ticketing source before attending or buying tickets.
5. Tickets And External Links
Eventskop may link to external sources for tickets, reservations or event details. Eventskop is not responsible for third-party websites, ticket purchases, refunds, venue policies, cancellations or organizer conduct unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Location And Maps
Map and location features are informational. Coordinates, geocoding and distance estimates may be inaccurate. Users are responsible for verifying venue addresses and travel details.
7. Notifications
Notifications are best-effort. Eventskop does not guarantee delivery, timing or accuracy of reminders, recommendations, nearby alerts or organizer updates.
8. Prohibited Use
- No illegal, hateful, violent, deceptive or infringing content.
- No spam, fake events, impersonation or misleading organizer information.
- No attempts to bypass rate limits, security controls or moderation.
- No automated extraction from Eventskop except through approved APIs or written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
Eventskop owns its app, brand, software and original interface. Event data, images and source content may belong to users, organizers or third parties. By submitting content, users grant Eventskop permission to host, display, process, resize, moderate and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
10. Disclaimer
Eventskop is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee that event details are complete, current, error-free or available at all times.
11. Limitation Of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Eventskop is not liable for indirect damages, missed events, ticketing issues, organizer changes, travel costs, third-party content or service interruptions.
12. Removal Requests
Organizers, venues and rights holders may request corrections or removals by contacting support@eventskop.rs. Include the event URL, source URL and reason for the request.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Eventskop after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
Reports and user blocking
Report events, images or users from event details, or manage reports and blocks from Profile → Safety and reports. Harassment, spam, hateful, sexually explicit, violent and fraudulent content is prohibited. Moderators may remove events or suspend accounts. Reporter identities are not disclosed to reported users. Blocking prevents account interactions; anonymous public content remains available. For support or review of a decision, contact support@eventskop.rs.
